My family usually gets bread from this place as it's close to us. However, the quality has been going down lately. Bread is pricier and tastes... Stale, old, flavorless. Okay... Let's say I have no taste and that's all it is. However, after purchasing bread the day prior. I noticed that the bread has started getting moldy after just a few hours of having been stored. (Picture attached). This establishment needs to do better.

Bought two small cakes today for $15 each to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Once we came Home we realized that the cake tasted old and dry!!! Pricing is high for the quality of the dessert.

Looks delicious... but had to walk out... was asked to put on gloves... they are very low quality and kept ripping open...I told lady and she said I had to wear plastic gloves... decided to leave.

Their bolillos were great especially, sweet bread good too

I ordered a cake. I went in on a Wednesday morning at 7am and asked if they could make it as I needed the next day by 5pm. I spoke to the one that bakes the cakes and she assured me it would be ready on time since they only need 24hrs notice. I put in my order and paid in full. I go in Thursday around 5:20pm to pick it up and they DID NOT HAVE IT. The cashier told me the order was there but the baker did not even attempt to make it. I was LIVID. They did offer me a full refund so I went elsewhere to get a last minute cake for my son's birthday. The manager reached out later that evening apologizing and assured me he would investigate the matter. He offered me a free cake of the same value for a future order and that he would write it my information down so he'd have a record of it. I appre
