Pan Del Cielo Bakery

Spent $50 on 4 sandwiches I ordered online around 11.30am the app said the order would be complete at 12 14pm I got to the bakery around 12.30 ish and my order hasn't even been started... waited 25 mins for them to make the sandwiches me nor my kids enjoyed the sandwiches poor management and customer service..

I’m originally from Waterbury, so I’m used to the Pan del Cielo over there, which is a bit different. The New Britain location is a smaller spot, which is fine, but I did notice a few things that should be addressed. The woman in the front was taking orders, training someone, and also cooking. She was very kind, but I didn’t see her wash her hands at any point, which is a basic food-safety step. I also noticed the trainee touch her face before going behind the wall to prepare food. I’m not upset about the service—both women were very sweet—but they do need better training when it comes to food-safety practices.

The sandwiches are really good .Will come back coffee really good to .

This bakery was the perfect little spot. Good atmospher, food is made to order so expect a 20 min wait but worth the wait in every bite.

Got a steak sandwich and it was amazing. Got it with everything. You taste garlic with every bite. Not overpowering either. I would come back. I ate it so fast forgot to take a picture.
