I just opened up a small cafe in downtown Manhattan, and all I can say is without Pan American Coffee, I would be lost. Sourcing, balance, blends, acidity, and brew methods - Sal took the time and explained all of these important items to consider and so much more before I made the decision on what to serve. I must admit, without this knowledge and level of service from Sal, I'd probably be serving a low-quality cup. The difference that PAC offers is that the passion to serve the highest quality product. Since opening, my coffee sales are consistently way above my initial expectation.
