Palumbo Pizza

Love the food . . . Hate the service. I always feel as though I am interrupting their day just by ordering. Im not sure where the restaurant would be if people didnt order? Im in the customer service business and their customer service flat out SUCKS! I work nearby but from now on, Ill go out of my way to order from a pizza shop that actually appreciates my business. The food is good, but it's not good enough to overlook rude.

We had a meatball & pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic. Crust was thick enough to support the toppings and a great blend on the sauce and cheese. Staff was friendly.

Stopped in to grab my kiddos a pizza. Observed staff sweeping, then counting money. Employee did not wash his hands. He then went and got the pizza from the oven and cut it. When I asked him about this he said me no touch it. I will not be going back.

I just can’t go here anymore. I really like to support local businesses but they screwed up my order again. Not sure if it was the person taking my order or the person making it. They just don’t pay attention.

Best pizza around the area . This is one of the few pizzeria around the place who uses Grande cheese. This is our regular spot after trying all pizzeria nearby . Always fresh and consistent in quality.
