Palmer Bread Company

The bread and scones are fantastic, full of flavor and baked same day goods are intoxicating. Full disclosure; I am the husband. I’m also very full of fantastic baked goods!

I picked up a loaf of the rustic sourdough and a regular sourdough before a weeklong ski trip, and they were perfect. I made sandwiches with them every day, and the bread stayed fresh the entire time, no dryness, just great texture and incredible flavor. It held up so well in a backpack and didn’t get soggy or fall apart (even while skiing 92” of snow!!! I honestly don’t know what other sourdough would have survived that!). The flavor is spot on too, that classic, top-notch sourdough taste. You can tell it’s made with care. I truly couldn’t recommend Palmer Bread Co. more!

Sourdough was excellent. I made both paninis and cold cut sandwiches, both were delicious. I was lucky enough to try fresh, warm cranberry orange and lemon poppy seed scones as well, loved them!

I can’t say enough good things about Palmer Bread Company! The bread is perfectly baked — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s rare to find a place that combines great products with great service, but Palmer Bread Company truly delivers every time. Highly recommend!

I’m on my fourth loaf of bread from Palmer Bread Company and I’m hooked! I’ve tried Katie’s old school rustic loaf and more recently I had a loaf of sourdough. It had such an awesome sour flavor which inexplicably I often find lacking when I buy sourdough. Give this place a try. If you live at Rancho the convenience of local pickup can’t be beat!
