We stumbled upon the shop by pure chance, expecting nothing more than a quick cup of coffee, and instead walked out with a bag of whole‑bean coffee that I carried all the way back home to Seattle. That bag turned out to be so good—so balanced, fragrant, and memorable—that when we returned to Miami later on, we made a special trip just to buy more of the exact same beans. I was looking for a local roaster and stumbled upon Palm Coffee Roasters. They roast their coffee beans to order which is such a plus if you are a coffee aficionado, it really does make a difference! Pickup is super easy and shipping is fast if you can’t make it to them. The customer service is great, Camilla was very helpful. I have tried their Ghost Cat Espresso, Hayes and the Havana Moon. They are all great but the Havana Moon is so bold and delicious that thats all I’ve been consuming lately, it also makes a great crema. So if you really want to have even greater coffee, totally recommend trying them out. You wont regret it.

The coffee that this store roasts absolutely rocks! Been using their coffee beans for espresso for months now and it is always freshly roasted, delicious, and pulls consistent shots every time. I have tried their: -Ghost Cat Espresso -Hayes Street -Havana Moon All these flavors are delicious but currently Hayes street is my favorite. 10/10 customer experience and service!

This is the real deal. i purchased the Maria Camila Gallego single source Colombian and the medium roast, grind and flavours were perfect. My search for true, fresh-roasted Colombian coffee in South Florida is over. Highly recommended.

I’ve had it many times and it never gets old. Also, I’ve gotta say — there’s this one girl who’s usually at the front, and she’s always super friendly and welcoming.
