Palm Beach Ice Cream

Home made ice cream tucked away in a shopping plaza. The texture is phenomenal and serving sizes are fruitful. The Salted Carmel and Mint Chip were delicious. The store also offers sorbets and soft serve.

We used to love to go with the kids and my Dad loved the cones but...I went the other day for a milkshake for my 91 year old Mother who is having trouble with her appetite after a stroke and the person behind the counter all but ignored me and I was the only one there. He acted like he was doing me a favor with a rotten attitude and no manners while I ordered 2 TEN DOLLAR milkshakes because I wasn't sure which she'd actually like. They were both TERRIBLE and I will never go back to our former local favorite. Mostly over how I was treated. TRUST ME. McDonald's has a shake twice the size for 1/3 of the price.

Our favourite spot for ice cream! Creamy and smooth and always delicious! Flavours are just right- not too sweet or over bearing. Few seats inside and a bench or two outside to enjoy your tasty treat !

Visited this ice cream shop and was quite good. The service was quick and efficient, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. The peanut butter and Oreo flavors stood out as especially tasty. The only downside is that the place is a bit small, with limited seating available. Despite this, I highly recommend it for a delightful treat!

I paid for one 2 scoop and one pint. I asked for 1 sugar cone and 1 cake cone. When I got receipt i was charged for a cone. When I asked the girl working she told me “I was told to charge if you only get one ice cream” I got one 2 scoop and a pint… it’s the principle. I’ve been multiple times and each time it’s different. Sometimes they scam and charge for a cone sometimes they don’t. This place has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY in the past couple of years. The inconsistency is concerning. I will never come back. I have been coming for 27+ years and it’s enough to make me not come back. At the end of the day it’s about principle. It’s disgusting what these new owners have done. I’ll pay more for a place with consistency and not scamming people.
