Stopped by Paliacates Food Truck in Bryan, TX, after spotting their clean setup while dropping off my kids. Grabbed three beef fajita street tacos, and wow, they were incredible! The beef was perfectly seasoned and cooked, juicy and flavorful. The grilled onions added a fantastic touch, and that orange sauce? Absolutely amazing—packed with flavor and a game-changer. Highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for killer street tacos! You’ve got to try it.

The food is good, but the service definitely needs work. Just a heads-up: the girl taking orders tends to have an attitude, so don’t be surprised. Also, the wait for food can be pretty long—which is understandable, but something to keep in mind. I’d recommend not showing up super hungry or in a rush.

Best gorditas ever!!!! Aguas frescas were delicious but the Agua de melon was the best I ever had! Service was phenomenal!

Edited* I wanna start this off by saying I don't write reviews, but I knew I had to after I had a terrible experience at this place. I am not speaking on the food whatsoever, as I didn't even get to try it. My issue with this place is that they made me wait a whole hour, just to let me know they were barely working on my food. It was busy, but what I'm about to explain next should completely put the situation into perspective. Twenty minutes after ordering my food, I saw a group of four ladies—who were friends with the staff—arrive and order their food. Another twenty minutes passed (so forty minutes after I ordered), and the group of women got their food before me—all four of them. All I had ordered was a torta and three quesabirrias.
