Palermo's Pizza

Honestly i order here all the time, and I usually don’t complain because honestly it’s one of my favorite places locally in town. But tonight I spent 60$ (including tip) delivery was fast! But calzones were thin, overcooked and came with the wrong sauce. And I even ordered extra sauce and that was wrong as well. Starting to lose hope in our local food businesses. It’s unfortunate the the chain food company’s are starting to give us the same quality as our locally owned restaurants. Honestly just sad because this place usually has never given me any complaints. But after spending 60$ on 2 calzones and 1 cheeseburger for our order to not be taken care of at all is depressing knowing I could’ve got this quality for half the price somewhere else.

Ordered Delivery, They told me an hour for one large pizza. Which was fine but when it didn’t come till 1 hour and 45 mins later I was upset especially when my food was cold!! $30 dollars is pricey for cold and late pizza

I ordered a small cheese pizza with chicken. Barely any chicken on it and the chicken was hard. I ordered chicken wings also with onion rings and got fries instead. I will not be ordering from them again.

Holy MOLDY! Moldy cannolis got me sick super quick. I was lucky I take photos to review food and was able to have proof but unfortunately I ate it all the way until the bitter mold made me throw everything up. I’m so disappointed. I’ve eaten here 20+ times with no issues but this is unacceptable. The cannolis were very moldy and it was initially disguised by the chocolate chips. The chicken parm sandwich was completely soggy. Every bit of bread and breading on the chicken was soggy and soft. The fries were not fresh. Way past overdone, yes somehow still soggy. My wife ate half of a Gordita before we found the mold in my food and called it quits. I was so sure this location would be a 5 star review but I wish I could give it zero. My first review that’s gotten me sick. 🤢🤮. I DO NOT recomme

SAVE UR MONEY! New smaller menu, new manager, spoke with Erica Ordered delivery. Promised 1 hour (6:10 pm). Told restaurant to call when delivery arrived with food, Did not call, Couldn’t Find order, Said driver “was on the way” @ 7:35 pm Wife in hospital, just delivered a baby, Not happy, Driver never calls, Erica told me to check emergency room. (8:05 pm) Food gets here, Cold Wet from evaporation Disgusting Will add photos for proof. Save ur money.
