Their hot honey wings are absolutely delicious! We order pizza atleast twice a week because of busy schedules and their food is always consistent and delicious!

I must say, I stopped in to this location around a year ago and was very disappointed. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I was pleasantly surprised. Having worked in pizza nearly my entire life, the pizza has improved. It’s not the best but it is very good for the price point. The store is very clean and modern and the person behind the counter was pleasant. I can see me coming back.

This review is for their Gluten Free Pizza. The place smells amazing and everyone else liked their food, but the gluten free pizza is by far the worst gluten free pizza I have ever had. The crust is super thin and tastes like a generic saltine crackers. You would be better off buying a store bought frozen pizza. It is hard enough finding places to eat gluten free, but this is not the place.

I should have read recent reviews before ordering but I ordered a cheesesteak and chicken wrap and both came out not good. There were pieces of bone/chewy chicken in the wrap and cheesesteak was very dry. Since the change in ownership, the quality of food is not as good as it used to be.

Absolutely ridiculous on delivery. I called around 530 pm and placed an order for delivery. I was told 40 minutes. I called back at 630 for an update and was brushed off before being told it was out for delivery. I called again at 650 and told them it had been almost an hour and half and still hadn't gotten my food. I live 5 minutes away. Even when I lived 2 minutes away they still couldn't do a delivery on time. I have ordered from other restaurants that were farther away and gotten my food faster then Palermo's. Y'all need to do better with delivery.
