Palermo Pizzeria & Restaurant

I bought a 12 piece wings, they are so dry. I’m so upset. I am wasting my money on this. I should’ve bought it back and got a refund but here we are. SMH My toddler wouldn’t even touch them… so sad!!!

Beautiful place and people. I love to see my kind of community hard at work. However, this was my first time trying, and I was disappointed. I spent around $32 for two pineapple slices and a margarita pie. Waited around 10 minutes past pick up time which was okay with me. But upon getting home the pie didn’t have the pesto it’s supposed to come with. It was cold, slices were a little soggy, and the main attraction of the pie was nonexistent. I heard that the pineapple slices were good, and the margarita was good enough to eat. I do not know if I will be returning so I leave this here instead.

I am not in the Williamstown area often but when I am this is the second time I've stopped by this pizzeria. Today I ordered three pies, pepperoni, sausage and plain. They were delicious! I really hate when a crust is overdone on the bottom and these were done perfectly.

Grandma pie is not thin crust...it seemed like the dough was over kneaded and was very heavy and dense (1/4 in thick of dense dough)...not light and crispy...pretty sure there wasn't any fresh garlic added, as the pizza did not have garlic flavor. Had a weird flavor, as if the olive oil drizzle was just vegetable oil or something. I have no clue how they charge big city prices for a pizza that costs a few bucks to make, and send that out. Ordered delivery, supposed to take 20-25 min....took well over an hour and the pizza showed up cold only after I called asking when it was going to show up. Called about the quality of it, and was pretty much told that is how they make a thin crust pizza, and that the garlic is mixed in with the sauce. The fresh basil was sparsely placed as well. T

Wow! I'm upset I didn't bring my phone in & will definitely do so next time as this place is gorgeous! They recently upgraded their restaurant from a small little pizza shop by doubling the size adding flooring, new decor and many other improvements. This is now an Italian restaurant that is perfect for dates, family gatherings, etc! I almost forgot the food is wonderful too! I had the manicotti dinner, it came with a nice sized loaf of Italian bread and a fresh salad. Best wishes to the Palermo's staff on this new restaurant!
