Probably the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with. And that speaks volumes. These people absolutely do not care about their customers. I have notified them repeatedly that I’m not getting my bills, and I refuse to go paperless. These people have such apathetic attitudes. It really should be studied. I’ve left multiple voicemails for their supervisor but never a call back. It’s not really surprising. SHAME ON PADUCAH WATER. You all are a disgrace to your residents and we deserve a fair water company

I’m extremely disappointed in the way they treats their customers. Despite long-standing issues with USPS delays and unreliable mail delivery times—which are out of customers’ control—this company continues to hold customers fully responsible for late payments, even when checks were clearly mailed on time. To make matters worse, they don’t always check their own payment drop box until after the due date has passed. So even if your payment is sitting there the entire time, they still consider it late. There is no grace period, no flexibility, and absolutely no sense of customer service or accountability on their part. I give 0 star if I can. Come in to change the service, the lady is not even asking anything, ask us to finish the application, after we done, she asked a Buch of none related questions. Very rude.

They will cut you off ,no notice ,no warning , all about the money,then take their sweet time , turning it back on. People make mistakes, life is chaotic and people forget. It's only 115 degrees , who needs water right?

The customer service representatives are extremely rude. The higher ups are the sweetest people but if you get the ladies at the desk you will not be treated nicely at all .
