One of my clients moved out of his condo in Jersey City and needed his Verizon equipment dropped off at the UPS Store. We are all out of town so I didn’t know who to call. I tried multiple delivery services and I got the runaround from each of them. When I got to Package Lobby Jersey City and Richard my problems was solved in a matter of 30 mins. Amazing service, very efficient and the cost was better than all the others. I highly recommend using PL Jersey City.
Had a package that was already picked up before he got there...didn't charge me. Very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.
