We love our tidelogs and live by them. Once you know your tide correction, it's a simple thing to figure the tide from the reference point (in our case, the Savannah River Entrance). I know there are lots of great apps out there, but I love having all the tide and astronomical information right in hand. The lovely logarithmic representations of tides and currents is helpful in explaining to the uninitiated the acceleration and deceleration of currents, the stasis of the high and low tide, and the graphic illustration of the wide variation of astronomical influences on our massive tidal action on the South Atlantic Bight. We we delighted when the business was sold that the fine work was continued well by the folks on Tybee.

WOW, so disapointing. 365 funny graphical tide charts, that look like they were printed on a copy machine, for two locations, Charleston, OR and Crescent City,CA. Hardly the Pacific Northwest. Then you have to go to the tables(in tiny font) in the back to find a + or - time for your location. Don't waste your money!
