Pacific Moon

What happened? Usually, they are reliable and quick. This time, they were slow with delivery…taking 1.5 hours to deliver our order. They also only gave me a few *teaspoons-worth of sweet and sour sauce for my sweet and sour chicken. See photo. Hopefully this a one-off experience.

The food has always been delicious at Pacific Moon, even from early on. I have lived in this neighborhood for my entire life and have tried every other Chinese food restaurant in the neighborhood, but none consistently serve well prepared and delicious food. I have not ordered from any other place for the past few years. This is a family business and the family that runs the restaurant are terrific people. I have never met such hardworking, and friendly people. There are always free things included and they are always friendly and kind. And did I mention the food? My favorite dish is Beef with Brocoli and steamed dumplings. I love Pacific Moon!

Customer experience over the phone was phenomenal! Placed order for delivery, delivery man was also super kind and friendly, however, the food quality was horrendous. I ordered something basic - chicken wings and fried rice. As soon as I opened my plate you could smell the stench of the old cooking oil that was used to fry my chicken, after years of managing a kitchen you know when the smell is not right. Did I risk getting sick from the food? No. Will I be ordering from here again? No. Would I like a full refund? Yes. Likelihood of getting a refund? Slim to none. Would I recommend this place? Not a chance. First impressions go a long way, this food quality experience will keep me away from this business until I’m ready to give it another shot - even so hard maybe. Food was immediately

My favorite restaurant in Woodside! I have been visiting this restaurant for over four years and the food has always been consistently delicious with high-quality ingredients and so much variety. The service is just fantastic! The owners are so lovely and prepare everything with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend it!

Woodside classic. Portions definitely affected by Shrinkflation. Solid American Chinese though. Great Orange chicken and similar fare.
