Pachinis Pizza

So glad I finally checked this place out after my previous favorite pizza joints had a significant drop in service and quality, with changes in management, etc. This place is professional, family run, accurate orders, great food, fair pricing, and friendly and polite help at the counter. Adequate dining space, too. It is quickly becoming our favorite takeout place!

I am hesitant to even give them a star. Let's go through this line by line. 1- absolutely no full menu online. Just pictures. So drove to place my order. 2- the most dreadful unenthusiastic teenager taking my order. Rolled her eyes a few times when I wasn't ready. Asked if the meatballs are homemade. I got a resounding NO is what she said. 3- menu says "hand breaded chicken cutlets". HAHAHAHAHAHA, worst frozen Sysco chicken they make. It was so gross, that 3/4's ended up in the garbage. 4- there are people that can take an order with a smile, serve with a great attitude, I mention most by name in my reviews, but whether the food is good or not, I always appreciate good service, good human communication and connection. Stopped in on a Saturday with the crew for lunch. I has the stir fry chicken and sweet potato fries. The calzone was huge. The shrimp and fish were flavorful and crunchy. Food was way on point over what you’d expect from a neighborhood pizzeria. A gem of a restaurant.

I love this place and it’s food but this is getting out of hand. I ordered food at 5:40 pm, it is now 7:24 pm and still have not got my food. The website told me it would take 75 minutes which is absurd to be delivered. Now they want to add on 30 minutes so i can sit in my house being hungry. Get better drivers or just be a better business in general, thank you.

If you haven't been here, you should give them a try! I spoke to a lovely girl whose name was Olivia? She was sweet & helpful, also very knowledgeable. An asset to your company! She deserves a raise! Even the delivery girl was nice! 🙂
