Paba's Restaurant

The atmospheric environment was excellent. The food was delicious. The staffs were very professional and has marketability approach. A lady called Kristy has the ability to do her job effectively and efficiently to the satisfaction of customers. She is an asset. Grab her and recognize her for a raise and the STAFF OF THE YEAR 2025. I have decided to introduce this restaurant to my friends.

Cute little breakfast place with an American diner vibe. We went on a Sunday morning- the place was buzzing and one can definitely say they had some regular customers- like everyone knew everyone else! The staff were very down to earth and friendly and the food very homely. For once we were able to order just two pancakes instead of an entire stack, so we ended up wasting none! The eggs and potatoes were just perfect. Above all, the people around made us feel home. And- loved that their menu hasn’t changed much from 1973!

Over all a great experience. Awesome staff great food. Very fair pricing. Bacon cooked perfectly.will definitely be back

If you are looking for a good breakfast and friendly staff this is the place food was great it reminded me of cute diners you see on the hallmark channel worth the stop if you live in Waterbury or can make the trip definitely make the stop and the price will blow you away and not your wallet !!!

Granted they were busy, I waited nearly 30 minutes to get my food and it came out undercooked and missing items. I tried getting the attention of one of the waitresses for a refill on water and she just sat at one of the tables for another half hour without a care of any of her tables. The first time I came here, it was a pleasant experience. Won't be back after this time.
