Outlaw's Bar-B-Que

We were traveling free and easy. My hubby didn’t know this shop. However I thought it looked delicious, so I requested him and backed about a mile and we went in. It was really delicious. We enjoyed to have last lunch together. Someday I hope to visit again this nice BBQ shop from Japan.

Staff were friendly, helpful, engaged with our questions and food orders. Quick to fill the orders. 1 meat, 2 sides plate orders...good size slices of beef brisket and plenty. The pull pork was great too. Really tasty meat and sides, and try the peach cobbler. Really good country BBQ. Will stop back again.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and kind. The chopped beef and smoked turkey never miss. They're always incredible and my absolute favorite potato salad I've ever had in my life is made here. One of the best BBQ restaurants in ETX hands down

Darn good BBQ. This is Texas BBQ. No muss, no fuss, just good food. Me and my wife are camping at Daingerfield State park and popped in to try it out. Friendly service and they don't skimp on portions. If you are in the area go get you some!

The good: the place was clean, service was friendly enough, my wife had smoked chicken sandwich and said that it was pretty good. The sides were okay, not the best I’ve ever had. The bad: The brisket was in the top five worst I’ve ever had. It was incredibly dry, chewy, and I couldn’t finish it even after drenching it in bbq sauce. It was more like a dry roast beef. The ribs were overly sweet and while edible, really not worth mentioning. If I was basing this on the meat alone, it would be one star. Because of the cleanliness and service, I gave it two, but I don’t typically go to barbecue joints for the cleanliness and service, so I think I’m being generous.
