Outback Steakhouse

We frequent Outback however today's service was not delightful. Marissa seemed annoyed to even be at work. Had to wait for refills not once but twice. Dropped check quickly as if rushing us to be done. Overall experience today was not inviting. Food was good though. Manager walked by but never stopped.

Our food was hot and fresh. My steak was cooked to perfection. Server was a little absent but who I assume is the manager made up for it. He was pleasant.

I've never been to an Outback before in my 40 years of existence, and I should have kept it that way. The waitress was good, but she knew about the food issues through other complaints already. The bread was good, the fountain drinks were pretty good, the cheese cake was fine. The main courses, my wife and I didn't eat very much since they were extraordinarily salty and not prepared the best. The bathroom wasn't the greatest either -or cleanest (though not the worst). It did have the most off putting color scheme I can ever remember seeing as well.

We went on Veterans day to celebrate as my husband is a disabled veteran. He was so impressed with the steak we ordered takeout of 3 8oz sirloin dinner the Monday after veterans day. The steak was so freaking good, honestly everything was. 10/10 highly recommend Outback Steakhouse even for takeout!!

The filet was juicy, but it was so salty it was like a giant salt lick for deer. I rinsed it off when I reheated it at home. The blooming onion was over cooked, but the server was friendly. Im in sticker shock like everyone else tho with a $102 bill without tip for 2 people. We left $30 cash tip for him since he was nice and it was Christmas Eve. Overall, I wouldn't go to outback again.
