Outback Steakhouse

The food was good. Our server was a sweet girl. My only complaint is; they have those black boxes on the table where you can pay for your food and play games. OK, so I hit the play now on it and it said 3.99 to play. I said oh I dont think so and I never played it. When I paid my bill I realized I was charged the 3.99. So the waitress said she'd have to ask the manager to remove it from my bill. The manager informed her that they couldn't remove it because its not associated with the restaurant. That's crazy since I could pay my bill through it but not get my money back for something I didn't use. Those should not be used or be more specific. outback? more like take it outback and leave it there! no, really, today's experience was only made good because of our wonderful server, Bryson! the food was pitiful, the burger smelled like fish, the blooming onion was mostly skin. the new chicken sandwich was really not desirable. the only thing we really enjoyed was the fries and the mac & cheese! our server was prompt to correct the issues, and took very good care of us! the service was phenomenal, the food was.. not😀

By far the worst dinner we’ve had! We were seated in the bar area which I think the server forgot she had tables in this area. Once we ordered, the salads and appetizer came out at the same time before our drinks. My salad had rotten cucumbers in it. Then we waited over an hour for our dinner which was horrible! We ordered Filets medium they came out medium well. Mine was cold and neither one of our steaks had any seasonings, very bland. I sent my steak back because it was so cold needless to say it was well done when I got it back! Not worth eating. The server was apologetic and said kitchen help had been bad lately. This was my first time at Outback. David, our waiterwas awesome. Never had this good of service. He was also excited for my birthday. Food was great,too, but David's service was superior. The prices were good, too.

First off dont go during the week. 2nd the server was amazing (Bryson). He was prompt and very attentive. Now the steaks we ordered were completely undercooked. The steaks were taken back 3 times and each time was bloody instead of medium well like we asked. All of our sides were good at least. The manager apologized numerous times and took care of our whole bill. We appreciate the effort from everyone except the cook who clearly dosent take pride in the meat they cook. It seems to be the weekdays where the steaks are never cooked correctly.
