Outback Steakhouse

In the past my experience at this location has been very average. Tonight was exceptional. The food was prepared perfectly, our steaks were prepared as requested, everything came out at the proper temperature, and nothing was over seasoned. The highlight was our server. Sam was one of the best I've had in years. She was attentive and great at anticipating our needs. She went over and above the average with her patience, answering our endless questions, and following our requests perfectly. Sam made our birthday celebration a very special one.

Went to OSH tonight & had such a great time. Dinner was great and came out in a timely manner. I wanted to get on here to leave a personal review for the young man , Ricardo who helped us with drinks and food. He was such a joyful person and gave me and my father a great experience. He was fun, hilarious, attentive, quick witted & hard working. He deserves everything good in life and I’m praying God blesses you abundantly , Ricardo. Stay true to yourself and stay beautiful! Everything was delicious. If I could change one thing I would just add more on the backed sweet potato, regardless it was still very delicious. Stake was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection no sauce needed.

Ordered two spinach dips for pickup waiting curbside for 45mins only for them to bring my food out cold.. spoke with management witch he insisted they redo my Order. Cool right?? no.. it came back with so much grease oil in the container to the point I was able to pore out so disgusting.. Really Wish TEXAS ROADHOUSE sold spinach dip cause that’s where I’m usually going for my meals… so disgusted in Outback I will not be returning to this location ever.

I would give this place a thousand stars if I could. We visited for my nephew’s birthday with a large group of about twenty people, and from the moment we sat down, we were exceptionally well taken care of. Our server, Brittany, was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The food, drinks, and overall service were impeccable. We also appreciated their birthday song; it was short, fun, and added the perfect touch to the celebration.
