Absolutely best food and experience. Feels like walking into a friend's home. Full plate and absolutely delicious for a reasonable price. Cutest little items to grab in the shop with a coffee. Absolutely must stop when in the area.

The best fried okra I have had in a loopoong time. It's crispy and not over done. I've had several main dishes and if you tell them your food allergies, they will help to make sure those are taken care of.

The family who runs this place is full of effort, care and compassion for their community, & the food matches in quality as well :)

This is that country kitchen they talk about when you want relaxed atmosphere and good down home cooking. I mean the pic is self explanatory but if I must rave let me tell you how mine was....... The hash browns were crisp and aerated with a beautiful brown color , my cheesy scrambled eggs were fluffy and flavorful , the biscuits and gravy , well the biscuit you didn't need a knife to cut and the gravy was as country as grits !!!! My freshly battered country fried steak was hot and tender , didn't need a knife at allllllllll. My bacon was savory and tasted like it came from a ranchers spitfire , the sausage was the icing on the cake , I mopped up my gravy with what sausage I had left. You would be a fool to not come out and get you some while also supporting our local volunteer fire depart

Highly recommend! Good food, prepared well, served hot and fresh. Good variety on the menu; nothing crazy fancy but all we tried great. Thick and juicy burger. Perfect grilled cheese. Really good breakfast sandwich. Great sides (get the french fries!). Nice cup of coffee too. The restaurant is a bit rustic, but very clean. Couple of rooms, one with tables and one with games and sofas. Parking front and rear. Outdoor seating front and rear. Restroom out front into another door (shared with multiple businesses I believe). Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a great experience, definitely appropriately named but worth the trip!
