Our Place GUESTHOUSE

My mom and my sister's family were in from out of state for my son's wedding. Because I was going to have a house full of people, my mom and sister's family decided to try Our Place. They loved it. It was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near several places to eat, a gas station and convenience store. They were very pleased with their overall experience.

Great place to stay. The owner Mark is very kind, accommodating, fun and knowledgeable. The house has two apartments, which have comfy beds and full kitchens and baths. Very tidy and cozy. Whole house could sleep a large family. The neighborhood is quiet, and neighbors are friendly. The location is within walking distance of Mamie’s Cafe, C&S (a grocery store), and several pizza places. We would gladly stay here again.

Mark goes out of his way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and each has a different decor/theme. Simply adorable! Several restaurants nearby.

Our Place and Mark are hidden gems in Martinsburg, PA. They deserve more than 5 stars. I stayed in the very wonderfully quirky 50's apartment. Feels like being back at grandma's house. There is so much to see in the area with Our Place near all. Cozy, homey and Mark is a treasure. Very excited to be back soon. It is a year later and Our Place is even better than before. I spent a few days in the 70's suite and loved that one too. Both apartments have a uniqueness that make them stand out from other guest houses. So happy and content being back. Mark gives each apartment a magical touch, along with making you feel a very valued guest.

I was delighted to stay in the Retro suite! It was authentic. The light fixtures were awesome. Great original wallpaper. Record player on the wall. Built in radio and intercom system. Huge kitchen with wonderful, old appliances. 1967 linen tea towel calendar! Bathroom had original cabinets. Brass fixtures had patina! Totally, a wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable. We had more than enough room. Can accommodate 8 people. Games provided. Kitchen utensils and dishes provided. Again, very clean. Host is all about comfort and accommodating the guests! Looking forward to my next stay!
