Best Sourdough baguettes on earth. I kid you not. Everything else is superb and delicious. True artisan bread. Your taste buds will thank you as will the contentment that settles upon you having devoured some of Otto’s delightful creations.

This is the type of place that a city should be proud of. A business that was started by someone out of love and a passion. You can feel it through the bread and pastries and you can see it through the staff Also, I consider myself a professional almond croissant eater and theirs is incredible. Easily top 2 almond croissant I have ever had in my life right next to Good Bread in Denver.

Ottos Bakery is phenomenal and we were so lucky to have their authentic Bavarian pretzels at Promised Land Brewery for Oktoberfest and everyone was raving about them. They sold out fast and everyone was loving how fresh they tasted, the deli spicy mustard was amazing as well!!

So I never have Friday off, so happens I had this Friday off. I just had to go and check Otto’s Bread Co. out. I’m glad I did. I purchased the Monkey Bread, Toasted Almond Chocolate Croissant, and Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Loaf. They were all delicious. So I went back after 3 pm to purchase some more goodness. Some items are 15% of the last hour of business. Thank you Otto & staff, you are doing a great thing! Wish you all the best & success!

I fell in love with Otto's bread when I discovered his DELICIOUS OLIVE bread at The Salad Shop in Salinas couple years ago! So when I found out that ONLY ON FRIDAY'S at 10am till they sell out he sells baked goods at his shop I had to check it out! His chocolate croissants are so buttery they melt in your mouth and it may not look like a lot of chocolate inside of them but once you heat it up it's just the right ratio if sweetness and yumminess!! My knees absolutely buckled once I bit into the caramelized onion sourdough foccacia bread!! I seriously wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did and it has become something I look forward to on Fridays! His ham, Swiss cheese croissant is delicious and his cinnamon sugar cruffin is quite popular. I think he has different baked goods on Friday
