Worst dinner service experience I’ve ever had. We had a reservation for 5:30 hibachi. We arrived on time and we’re seated promptly. Then we waited 20 minutes before anyone even came and took a drink order. 10 minutes later they returned with one of the four drinks, a soda. One cocktail, one sake, and one beer we’re not delivered. Waitress said she didn’t know how to make the drinks and someone else was going to do it. Of course the sake and the beer did not need to be made.Then about 20 minutes later the one cocktail arrived but no beer or sake. We didn’t say anything because at this point we were already over it. We'd been there over 45 minutes and no one had even taken a food order. About an HOUR after we were seated they took the food order. Hibachi chef shows up about 90 MINUTES after

This place was never blow your mind amazing, but it was a solid spot for sushi for us. However, it's really gone downhill on our most recent visit. They had no bottled sake despite it offered on their menu, the sushi was slapped together with lower quality ingredients, and the service was nearly nonexistent through our time there. To top it off, our server literally laughed at us shaking his head when we asked to order one more round (edamame and a couple of nigiri) to finish the meal. Clearly, they aren't interested in our business and as such, will never be getting it again.

HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT RECCOMEND. We ordered and then 30 minutes we get there and they haven't even started our food, they had no idea how much longer it was going to be, there was at least 6 other people trying to pick up their orders and they had no answers for any of us. She told us "she could not check on our order and had no idea how long it would be". There were people there that had waited at least 45 minutes. We left and won't be coming back. Its a shame since we have come here for years and the past few years have had more dissapointing experiences than positive there. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also I dont recommend bring your kids here for a "family dinner/experience". Just save your money and go enjoy any other restaurant.

Very disappointed. Made a reservation for hibachi. Arrived at time of reservation. Was ignored for about 10 minutes. A family of 6 came in after us also had reservations for hibachi. They get seated before us. When we were finally acknowledged we were told there wasn’t room for us an we would have to wait an hour for dinner.

Really overpriced sushi. $15 dollars for like 6 bites. No wonder there were no customers and the place was completely empty. The owner is not so polite either. Would never go again.. good luck staying in business.
