I would have given this place a BIG ZERO. I went through the drive through to place my order I got a K after placing my order I said what he which I’m gonna refer to him as a he as there was clearly no female In there at all he changed his voice and kept responding k I said may I get a number 3 response k I said with chili cheese fries response k and I said really he said k and I said with a Pepsi he repeated k I clearly get to the drive through he is wearing a mask hands me my food and disrespectfully says have a great day this person really needs to be addressed and I will be calling corporate RUDE!!!

Delicious, they are a Los Angelino staple. The air conditioning could be a little bit stronger.

It’s been about 5yrs since I last visited a TOMMYS anyways got the #1 ( double chill Burger fries and a drink ) Burger 🍔 was good but not much chili ( before there would be so much extra chili you didn’t even need to order it for your fries just use the extra from the burger. Fries were good and the restaurant was clean. That’s about it

I usually go first thing in the morning. When I want to try new places in hopes. That first fresh batch of the day. Or at least go in the middle of the rush so everything it's hot. This was not what I expected. The chili was basically like paste. It wasn't that nice chunky flavor for chili. I was hoping for but instead I found this bland paste. Like chili flavored, gluey flour. I took three bites just in case it was me. But for $13 definitely expected more. The fries were on point, crisp and salted. Hopefully they can prove me wrong and I'll go when everything is hot.
