Oriental Garden

I used to love ordering here because food is good but 2 days ago was the last time you got my business. We placed our order for delivery. Paid on the phone. Lady asked if we want to leave tip on the card. We said sure add an extra $5.00. She said ok your order will be there in 30 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes go by. We call and she said oh your order is out for delivery. Ok thank you. Delivery guy shows up and calls to say he is outside to come out to get your order. He shows up in a cook apron. Guess they have their cooks delivering food? Who knows. But anyway he handed the receipt to sign. We signed and went to take the food. He rudely pulls the food back towards him and proceeded to say.. tip, tip. We were like what? He said it again. Tip, tip.. um we put your tip on the card already

SADLY THIS WAS MEDIOCREVILLE. I've lived or visited in this neighborhood for over 25 years, and back in the day this was always the place to meet. They always had trouble with the inside temperature (not the food) being uneven, but that was never a big enough reason not to go. When I moved out of town, Oriental Garden was the place I would always meet my friends for fantastic BEEF & BROOOOCCOLI. 🥦 After several years of not eating here, I was invited out as a guest for dinner & we picked this place for memories. I would usually expect a good meal, unfortunately not this time.

I called for a delivery, and they said it would be 45 minutes, and they didn't get to my house till almost an hour and a half later and then they called and said they were out front and they weren't at the right house I got boneless spareribs and I asked for them not to burn them and when I saw them you would break your teeth if you bit into them. I will not be ordering from them again I'll be deleting there number out of my phone

Little disappointed. Ordered orange chicken with beef Lo mein. There was more shaved carrots then anything. 4 small pieces of beef that paid extra for. Did get a good size portion of chicken and lo mein: Paid $3 for cheesesteak roll. As you can see VERY SMALL & empty. Steamed dumplings were good. That was a plus. Wonton soup was like warm water. Really surprised was let down. Photos attached.

Basically fast food chinese food, too many around just like McDonalds. Nothing special and kitchen is filthy visible from waiting for food. I wonder if they even clean before making my food.
