Very good restaurant. Went here for a Friday night dinner. Our server was awesome and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Only complaint is the lighting (very dim) and my filet mignon was a bit salty, along with how pricey stuff is here. But then again it’s a high end place

I hadn't been here for years and it's as wonderful as it's always been! We arrived a little before 5 and hung out at the bar until our table was ready. Great conversation with the woman bartending and a great wine recommendation! We ordered the smoked fishes board. I loved it! ALL of it! I'm gluten-free and the crackers they provided were amazingly delicious. I ordered the duck, my favorite, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and it was the leg and thigh instead of the breast. It was cooked perfectly. The sauce was a delicious combination of figs and cherries. They subbed fingerling potatoes for the bread pudding to accommodate my gluten-free needs. I would pick somewhere else. We went for my daughter's birthday last night. Wait staff tried to make the best of it. Appetizers were good. Dinner took forever. Duck, Artic char, and pork chop were all way over cooked. Staff related there was a big party last night that was causing delay's in the kitchen. Likely food sat under warmer quite some time. There are many better places in town for restaurants in this price range. S. Reid

My wife and I reserved a table for new years eve. We had the bone in short rib and duck. I definitely recommend the stone sour! Very flavorful and explodes off your pallet. The meat was very moist for 2 dishes that generally come out dry or overcooked at most restaurants. Soup, potato and vegetable were all very tasty and cooked perfectly. They also compliment each meal very nicely with fruit and nuts garnished on top. Would highly recommend for any special occasion. One of the best meals we've ever had. The complimentary valet is also a nice benefit with the challenges of off street parking in a college town. Will definitely return for many dinners in the future.

Had a great time with some great friends at Orchid Green! We tried a variety of dishes from the menu, but the real star of the night was the Oatmeal Pie—perfectly made and full of flavor. Every dish was well-prepared, and the experience as a whole was fantastic. As a restaurant owner, I love exploring new places, and I’m glad we chose to visit this establishment. Looking forward to returning!
