Orange County Bagel Bakery

The breakfast sandwiches from here are phenomenal! I love their everything bagels and I usually just get a ham egg and cheese spk and it's delicious. There's usually a small wait here in the mornings due to the morning rush, but that's expected. I call ahead sometimes so I don't have to wait long standing in line. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The workers are really friendly and polite and will strike up a conversation for a quick minute when they aren't busy helping other customers. The price is perfect for what you get. Not too expensive at all. You can also just purchase an assortment of bagels to take home with you and make yourself. I like coming here on the weekends. I'm a little bit of a bagel snob being from NJ. These guys were friendly and prompt. Bagel was soft and flavorful and only $7 (and change). That's great considering the price of life these days lol will def be back if in the area again!

BEC on a bagel I got was good. Feel like there should have been more, it tasted amazing but the portions reminded me of going to a gas station to get a breakfast sandwich. May have to try lunch there on a day off and I'm awake when they are open 🤣.

I went to this business yesterday as I received a gift card as a Christmas gift and placed a lunch order. When I went to pay I was told by the woman I couldn’t use the gift card because the boss wasn’t there and he was the only one who could accept them. I ended paying with my own money, but very annoyed as the whole point was to be able to pay using a gift card. Why sell gift cards if there is only one person who can honor them and that person is not always there???

I go to Orange County bagel every week. Their bagels always seem fresh and I'm a sucker for a good bacon egg and cheese. However this is what was given to me today. I understand that asking s customer to wait because of a messed up sandwich isn't ideal. However I wouldn't serve this sandwich to a dog. How can the cook look at that and serve that to a customer? Extremely disappointed as previously my perception of the shop was that they had good quality control. Extremely sad to see that's not the case. Only reason I'm not rating the place lower is because of past experience, if I was a first time customer who got served this burnt bagel I'd never come back.
