Ono Hawaiian BBQ

This place just recently opened here in Barstow and I’m glad they did because it’s one of my favorite places. Taste and portions are great, they stay consistent to the franchise. Fast and friendly service. I was there the day after the grand opening. They even handed out some coupons to entice people to come back, but honestly, I’ll be coming back regardless. I gave the atmosphere three stars because this is not a club, a bar or a place for people to hang out. It’s a fast food restaurant. If you like this type of food or you wanna try something new and tasty definitely stop by and give it a go. There’s nothing weird here, it’s just grilled beef, grilled chicken, breaded chicken, breaded fish, breaded shrimp, macaroni salad, rice and some veggies. And you can get some spam and eggs too.

Very good food and portion sizes! My parents went for the grand opening and got some tote bags and other cute bag items. Friendly workers and great atmosphere! definitely recommend to go. My family are very happy that they made a place up here we would always drive 30 minutes away for the one in Victorville! Will come again for sure!

The grand opening was a blast. There was a luau. They had a free raffle, free merch, and everyone who made a purchase also received a set of coupons. All day long it was buy one get one free plates. I was able to get four combo plates and drinks for 30ish dollars. The food is delicious. The portions are great. There are so many options to choose from. May I have fresh, healthy, spicy and even kid friendly meals. The atmosphere was vibing. There's plenty of indoor seating. There are bathrooms. It has a drive-thru which is awesome. The employees were sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. My family and I are definitely going to be frequently in this location.

we tried this place for the first time and it was a 10/10! i had the island fire chicken and my husband had the chicken and beef combo. both absolutely delicious. perfectly seasoned meats with healthy portions on the sides. highly recommend the walk from the flying j truck stop.

Very good food. Portions were also great for the price. I will be going back.
