On The Half Shell

Had a business lunch meal with 5 and everything we had was amazing. The fried artichoke and picante oysters both really good. I had the shrimp poboy and it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The location is kind of tucked away behind a gas station but spacious inside. check it out!

Went for lunch and was not disappointed! 1/2 dozen oysters were fresh, clean and good size. I had shrimp Poboy with cup of seafood Gumbo that was flavorful with just the right amount of spices. Sister had blackened Catfish with a seafood creme sauce and grilled vegetables. Delicious! Portions were perfect, price was reasonable and service was outstanding. Will definitely return!

I LOVED the spinach dip! The pita chips took it to another level! I really enjoyed the oysters and being able to try all the different options chargrilled that they offer!! All of them were good! I didn't get Bienville because I already had spinach dip but I would imagine they are just as good. There was live music in the back and the front part of the restaurant was still quiet enough enjoy a nice meal. The service was good and the prices were as you'd expect. Nothing crazy. My husband enjoyed the catfish and shrimp as well as the sweet potato fries. Good for a nice dinner. Portion sizes were adequate. We finished all our food but we were definitely full because of the spinach dip!

Food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. The live band sounded great! Our server was very sweet and attentive. If I am ever in this area again, I will be stopping by for another dish on the menu!

We were a table of five and after 10 minute of no acknowledgment by our waitress we went to the bar to get something to drink. It was then we were approached by our waitress Sierra and we’re told if we were going to order from the bar then we needed to give up her table. We explained that we just wanted to grab a drink and since she hadn’t been by our table we did. We fully intend to sit at the table and order dinner and drinks. When she finally did come to our table to place an order, we could immediately tell that she was having a bad night. We ordered our drinks and our food which was delicious.
