On The Grind

The baristas are very friendly, with quick and very efficient service. The drinks are amazing. My favorite is the Mach-10 and the 6 shooter (if you're brave). I love how they can take the different flavors from the energy drinks and make it into an Italian soda/flavored lemonade for the kiddos. 10/10 would recommend

I have visited the Walzem location on multiple occasions, and Julian is truly one of the most exceptional baristas I have had the pleasure of encountering. His energy and enthusiasm are consistently top-tier and incredibly contagious. He brings a level of positivity and professionalism that elevates the entire experience, and these are exactly the kinds of vibrant, welcoming vibes I appreciate when starting my morning with coffee.

I visited the Bulverde location today and asked for a flavored green tea with no ice, as I have done several times before. This is what I was handed, a half empty cup. When I asked if there had been a mistake the young girl at the window launched into a long explanation of how they sell the drinks by the ounce and if I wanted a full glass with no ice I would have to buy two drinks. Ridiculous. I tried to politely explain that this had never been an issue before and there was inconsistency in their service. She clapped her hands together, pursed her lips and said something to the effect of “I don’t know what you want me to do” and then just stood there and stared at me. I was so taken aback by her rudeness that I just took my half empty cup of tea and left. $4.78 plus tip for a half empty c

I’m always impressed with the speed and efficiency of the folks here at the Bulverde On The Grind. This is the fastest service I’ve ever seen. Also, very nice and friendly staff. Cold, blended Mexican Mocha is so good. My new favorite blended coffee spot! Thanks y’all!

Recently visited. Excellent customer service hands down. HUGE thanks to the girl working the window named Parker. Not only did she provide great customer service, but went above and beyond by giving me a jump with her car after my truck wouldn’t start due to a weak battery. Big thanks to her associate Hayden, as well for taking over while she drove her car to where I was parked. Thanks again Mrs Parker! On The Grind is lucky to have employees like yourself.
