Nice quiet place to grab some good breakfast. Even though I take out. Its a quiet atmosphere. Staff are great. Attentive and always smiling and helpful. This is my go to place for some breakfast after the gym. I'll continue to come here for a great omelet.

The Omelette Headquarters is a great small town feel. Friendly staff, free refills on coffee (came around 2x) and the menu is huge to pick from!
My husband had eaten here about 2 years ago and thought it was great. Today there is a sign that says new management! The server was sweet but completely frazzled. She could hardly keep up. The omelette was dry and the cheddar cheese just a slice of Kraft single like cheese. I was disappointed and so was my husband. It seems that if you call yourself the Omelette Headquarter you could do better.
I had a western omelette was so fluffy and delicious. A hot cappuccino. Great food, great service.
