Staff friendly and helpful. Large rugs at discount prices. Home goods. Bedding. Organization is good but in some areas of the store my be slightly unorganized. Cleaning goods, books, and snacks it fun to explore and find unusual items. I really can't scale if the prices are better than anywhere else.

5 stars for customer service in Corsicana. I was pleasantly surprised when as the store was closing , 3 employees cheerfully and patiently checked us out. We had a lot of things and questions too. They helped us and were so kind when we had to swipe our card 100 times to get it to work. Then there is PAM ! Talk about a sweetheart. There are op words for this amazing woman. Armed with the patience of an angel she handled my return and more questions with positivity and ease. If by some slim chance she didn't really care about me as a human being, I would say she wins the Oscar for Most Concerned Manager in a leading role at Ollie's, because she is that convincing . Pay attention to your receipts, I enjoy shopping there when i get a chance to go..but.. the other day. I bought 3 items. With tax 18.10. I was then asked if i was paying with cash or card. I replied card. Then my total went up to 19.00. i was in question about it, but still paid. The line was extremely long. She had absolutely no help, when it should have been all hands on deck being the holidays. When my husband and i proceed outside, i looked and the receipt and was charged a non merch fee of .90... It really bothered me because i felt like my money was stolen from me. Ollie's is a hidden gem for thrift shopping. Inventory at each store is slightly different so if you don't find what you need at one store go visit other locations.

This Ollie's store in Corsicana is better than any Ollie's in Dallas and surrounding suburbs. This is organized and well maintained.
