Came in on New Year’s Eve and it was clear they were completely unprepared. Parking was chaotic with no designated spots for pickup orders. I placed my order hours in advance, yet it was not ready at the scheduled time. When I was told to come inside, the line was almost to the front door. There was no manager in sight despite multiple customers asking for one. No communication, no apologies, and no organization. For a holiday, they should have anticipated large catering orders and set up separate pickup areas for catering and regular orders. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:00 PM and I didn’t receive it until 7:50 PM. When I got home, the food was cold and clearly had been sitting. Very disappointing experience—should have ordered elsewhere.

As much as I love Italian food, I gotta say Olive Garden delivered on the food and service. The dishes were delicious, classic Italian flavors done right, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The only downside was the atmosphere—it was pretty loud and disruptive, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

I took my 5 kids here on Nov 21st. I knew it would be pricey but my total came out to $160 and that was with 2 of the kids eating from the kids menu. First off, bread sticks never came out to our table until entrees came out and I had to ask for them. I had to ask for refills on our drinks and bread sticks each time, they were never offered. Our server was nice and all but when you come to an all you can eat bread/salad joint you kind of expect the bread sticks to be flowing. I also asked for a refill on my beer and it never came out. We were finishing up so I didn't bother to ask again. The atmosphere was very dim and kind of outdated. Overall, for spending $160 on one meal with my kids I was disappointed by the experience. Probably not a good place to take kids.

Karen was absolutely wonderful tonight. The restaurant was completely full, yet she handled everything with efficiency and grace. She was attentive without being intrusive and consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Our drinks were refilled promptly, our food arrived hot, and she checked in at all the right moments. Even with how busy it was, she made us feel taken care of and never rushed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our experience. Thank you, Karen, for outstanding service.

The front-of-house team communicates at an elementary level at best. Hospitality was nonexistent; confusion seemed to be the standard operating procedure. Smiles appeared to mask a clear lack of training and awareness rather than convey genuine warmth. From the moment guests walk in, there’s an unmistakable sense of disorganization that sets the tone for the evening. For a restaurant presenting itself with Italian influence, there is a noticeable absence of the warmth, pride, and family-centered atmosphere that cuisine is known for. Service was painfully slow, though credit is due where it’s deserved—the food itself was the only redeeming factor. Despite the delay, the dishes maintained their flavor and quality. In short: let the chefs continue doing what they do well, and invest serious
