Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We came to have a simple dinner to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and that was a bad idea. We were sat pretty quickly, then it was all downhill from there. A host took our drink order never to return. 20 min after being sat we were finally greeted by an our server Emily, who seemed flustered. When we ordered, all seemed fine that is until that is when the salad arrived, it was mostly croutons, no tongs and no breadsticks. When we finally got her attention and asked for breadsticks and a refill of salad we were told there was no more salad. Emily was rushed and seemed to be agitated by our questions. My dad wanted to order a meal to go and received attitude and then decided against it due to her attitude. Ultimately the service was lacking, food edible but not the best, and atmosphere let’s n

Good & Terrible experience... Dirty silverware, when the server finally gave use a new set of silverware it didn't look much better. I request a glass of hot water to rinse our silverware in at the table in order to "feel" like I wasn't eating someone else's back-wash. The soup got cold while I had to wait 5 minutes for a "spoon" 🙄 after it was served and the dumplings were not cooked thoroughly. No bread plates with the bread lol, had to them on the linen napkins. Not to mention The bread was soooo salty we used the paper napkin they were served in to wipe all the excess salt to taste the bread; we waited for freshly baked without the salty-salt garlic seasoning, which was broughtout with the entrées.. What in the world is going on with the Olive Garden, this was my 2nd go at this

I want to the thank my waiter Aidan. and the amazing Manager Ci Ci. I asked for no bacon as I don’t eat pork, and it came out with bacon. I started to eat and notice it. As I told the waiter he immediately went and got the manager and she apologized and took it off the bill. She ordered me a new dish and accommodated that as well. Although I had issues with my dish, I loved the customer service, the mannerisms, and accommodations. Thank you Aidan for your service and because of that I will be back! Give him a raise for his concern, his service, and politeness and willingness to help

I’ve always said that hospitality and service go hand in hand, and you need both in order to be successful. In an age where guests usually get one or the other (and sometimes neither), Jeni brought both to the table, literally and figuratively. She was warm, attentive, engaging, and anticipated our needs prior to us asking. She made us feel like we were here most important table, but, as I looked around her section, she treated everyone like that. And… that right there, what makes her one of the best. I hope she understands that her moments with each of her guests, including us, make an impact. Jeni, great job this evening. We hope to have you the next time we are in.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years, I noticed how they had to change the salad serving after the pandemic and it just works. The serving portion for the salad is very good, I had a shrimp and vegetable platter, chicken alfredo and breadsticks. My waitress was extremely attentive, I watched as she checked the tables for cleanliness and trash and the service was very good and we were served in a timely manner.
