Service was exceptional5/5 management definitely is in the right career 5/5 hostess very friendly with a smile 5/5 cooks can't be too hard on them minor mistake that was fixed within 12 min 4/5 expo/food runners worst part of the night nothing worse than a false promise, just to never show ur face again. 1/5 this is really really the worst part of the visit. One of the food runners didn't ask my friend if she wanted cheese and the other plate was wrong and when a different food runner brought the food back out one plate was missing grilled chicken that we paid almost $5 extra for said she would be back with chicken and didn't see her the rest of the night. would have been a 2 ⭐ visit but management was good and turned it back into a 4 star ⭐ with a free desert. would definitely recommend

Don’t go here yet!!! Has to be because they recently opened?! Picked up food to go today because I was craving Olive Garden for months and thought it would be a little closer than Lima. My Alfredo with broccoli was covered in a cup (literally) of olive oil. Sauce was clumpy and didn’t taste good. Pasta was hard and had small pieces of chicken in it. (Ordered plain with just broccoli). This was so bad that I ate a couple bites and threw it out. Salad was mainly all core. $40 and I had to stop to get a smoothie; meal was almost inedible. Very upset that I wasted $40 in trying this out.

So we originally had a group of 10, then went to a group of 8. So I called at 3:30p to have a table at 7. Because it says on website to call ahead of more than 7. So I get there about 6:45p they don't even have me on the list. They wrote it on a piece of paper and taped it at the Hostess desk. I understand it's a Saturday and they are busy so what's the point of me calling ahead if you aren't even going to put me on the list. So they say it'll be another hour. If I would've known it was going to be another hr I would've checked in at 6. So an 1.5 hrs later we finally got to eat after we waited and called ahead. So when they say call ahead for bigger groups just go ahead and go in and put your name on the list because the call ahead doesn't matter. Asked for a manager but never came. If it

We had a great experience yesterday when we ate there for lunch. The food was hot and the salad was fresh. I have a gluten allergy and they madea special effort to make sure my food was safe. Even a mgr coming to our table explaining how it was made separate. Our waitress was Amber and she did an amazing job for us. We will definitely go back soon! Glad they have opened up close to home!

My 3rd visit today, 03/06/26 since opened. Heather L. waited on me. I have felt pampered all 3 visits! Service has been awesome! Friendly, lovely atmosphere, not to mention spacious & beautiful inside! Everyone has been very accommodating, nice, etc. Heather L. went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I hope to see her the next visit! She stands for what being a great waitress is all about, very much wants to make sure you have a wonderful experience! We need more people like her! Just one addition: If I would change anything, today both salads had big chunks of lettuce, more than should be, that I do not care for. KS
