Screwed Up Waitlist Then Refused to Make It Right I tried to take my wife here for food as we were passing through. We waited over 70 minutes after placing our waitlist reservation and were met by a cheery girl at the front who told us we had to wait another 10-15 minutes. When I came back after that time, I was told I had to wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes because "sorry, I forgot to check you in." I consulted with my wife and then went back in to cancel after explaining the issue. Guy took us off the list with barely a sorry. Absolutely garbage service; won't be back and will go to other locations.
Today was our first time trying the new location. Our waitress (Kayln) was excellent. She was an excellent waitress! Hope we can have her wait on us again. The food was excellent and right on time. We did have a little bit of a wait even after calling ahead but it was not bad at all. Our family looks forward to coming to the Lawrence location again!! Kayln rocks!!
This location is exceptional. It was packed when we arrived but we had checked in online and were seated after about 15 minutes. The service was perfection. The food was delicious. Hot and fresh. The restaurant is beautiful. What a great addition to Lawrence.
