Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a great experience thanks to our waitress, Stephany. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had a warm, positive attitude the whole time. Excellent service — she truly made our visit more enjoyable.

It's been quite a few years since I've visited an Olive Garden, and I noticed during my most recent visit that many things have changed in respect to service. From what I can remember, this chain stood out to me for their exemplary service. From one's initial visit to the host stand to final payment with their server, everything had a proper procedure. I remember there being a wine of the day, and a sample of this wine being offered. I also remember the server listing all the non-alcoholic beverages they serve from memory before guests making their selection. I also remember the menu having a significantly larger selection. I was disappointed today... Not because my party's service was bad, or because the food wasn't good, but because it seemed clear to me that standards have been lowered.

Stephany was an amazing server, probably the best service I've had in a while. She was so attentive and so sweet to us, and the food was absolutely amazing!

First off, it's been years since I've been to OG. Last night made me wonder why. Waiter was friendly and on it. Let's get to why we came Breadsticks and salad are as good as I remember. We decided to get an appetizer and went with the shrimp fritto misto. Man was it good. Especially with the spicy ranch. (Not spicy, reminded me of the blackened ranch from Popeyes) I ordered the chicken tortellini alfredo and thought it was really good. When it first came out the waiter noticed my dish was prepared without chicken. He came back with a generous amount of chicken 🐔 My wife ordered the cheese ravioli and said it was good but preferred Gianos take on the dish. Great experience and probably will be back sooner than later this time.

It was amazing and also very delicious I haven't been to an Olive Garden in about 2 years and coming back to this food was definitely a treat as well as how they present the food. Still love the angel hair pasta.
