Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Since we visited on the weekend and we were a larger group we waited quite some time, around 30min. The place was pretty busy, several parties waiting. I love their menu options and we had the soup and salad as our appetizer. The server was pretty slow, she seemed new, and the food took forever, but it was pretty good.

Terrible customer service. Worker and manager blamed me and told me some scam about having to activate my card. I didn’t have to activate it I called a number and it said there was $50. Then they said oh just kidding it’s our system that’s the problem and by the time i finally got the food it was cold. Awful experience I felt so awkward because they blamed me even though i didn’t do anything wrong. I go to Olive Garden a lot and normally it’s great but maybe this location is lacking in the customer service department. ): Update: Also found a hair in my salad 🫠

I came for their seasonal special. My waitress was the nicest. The manager, however, couldn't honor the price advertised. That kinda dampened my experience. But it was fun anyways since it's been a while since I've been to OG. The soup is always so delicious and dessert was nice. We tried the lasagna cake out of curiosity.

I’ve been to a lot of Olive Gardens across America, but this one is hands down the best! The food was A+ — fresh and delicious. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. Our server, Mary G, was amazing — super helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Staff like her are what truly make a business stand out. Highly recommend this location!

I gave the food a 3 because I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it didn't have any salt or pepper. Bread sticks were definitely endless and delicious. I also got the zuppa Toscana and that was absolutely flavourful and drastic difference in taste compared to the Alfredo. I also you the broth leftover to dip my bread in and it was chef's kiss.
