The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was very nice amazing very customer service friendly. We had a problem with our dishes and she was very understanding got us new dishes. The manager came out and was very apologetic to us. We appreciate the amazing service and customer service we experienced.

Brought my sister here and was not disappointed. The service was wonderful and the server went above and beyond answering nutrition questions and making us feel welcome! Ended up ordering some food for take-out too!

True to authenticity of Italian good. Always surprising because its a big chain, but the food is fantastic, plentiful, and cooked to perfection 👌 The atmosphere is cozy and home and the service has always been excellent. Very good management, too! 🤌🇮🇹

Our experience was wonderful. We were very well received and attended. The employees gave us full attention. We went to celebrate my birthday, we left there very satisfied. The food is simply delicious.

The pasta was very dry, as it had been sitting out for a long time. I asked for extra sauce because the pasta was so dry, but I was only given a tablespoon. The waitress was nice, but everything was very dry. The chicken gnocchi soup was very good, and the salad was great. However, the Alfredo pasta was dry, and the shrimp scampi was also dry. The spaghetti and meatballs had no sauce. Since it was unlimited pasta on a Saturday night, it was very busy, but the other tables' dishes looked a lot better than ours. The breadsticks were very salty. We went to this location years ago, and the food was great; this time, we were very disappointed.
