Olive Branch Italian Grill

The food was good but expected more from the prices. We went casually but inside there was a slightly upscale feel and most people were more dressed up. Didn’t try any of the desserts but they did look delicious. There was also a large screen across one of the walls playing sports games.

First time in a few Sundays ago. The bartenders were ridiculously rude. Whitney and another bartender (caucasian) with dark brown hair. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted, they were short on conversation and Whitney slammed our appetizer plates on the counter after i had to ask for them. Another guest mentioned they are rude to women and nice to men. The atmosphere was a vibe, dj, football game and the food was good. I was told by guests that the guy bartender is great and to come back on his nights. Ridiculous. Bartenders are supposed to be welcoming. Won’t be back if they are there.

Now called the Blue Lagoon. Nice neon blue vibe.white table cloths in the main dining room and bar area high tops. Mahogany chairs throughout. Great menu something for everyone and a variety of cocktails food included America fare seafood Italian and all the appetizers you can think of burgers quesadillas etc. Several TV's at the bar. Bartenders were all female and seemed engaged with their guest. I had the crab dip and the lasagna both were very flavorful. Bread sticks were good The food came out fast and hot my server was nice. I recommend this place. The inside is beautiful more than you expect. I will return to try the seafood fettuccine with crab scallops and shrimp

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at a recent celebratory event. I would highly recommend this venue for any future gatherings you may be planning.

Yesterday was Valentines Day and I took my wife to a place that she and I hold special because we went there while dating and have continued after marrying. We went to the Olive Branch in Pikesville, MD and we both had what we love, their homemade Lasagna, a couple drinks and great conversation. Since it was Valentines Day we thought it was going to be a long wait, but it wasn’t and again the food was excellent. The waiter did a fine job and made sure see were taken care of and we didn’t have a long wait for our food. The Olive Branch is always a Five Star restaurant in my eyes. It’s our special place with great memories.
