Oliran Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse

Great service, our server kept a good pace for us while visiting. The food was good nothing like a seaside place, but for location was impressive. The hibachi is super cool to have so close to home! The prices are reasonable considering the prices of things lately.

We enjoyed Oliran! We stopped by on a Monday night near closing and had fast service and didn’t feel rushed at all. The food all came out perfectly with great portion sizes! We ordered Bento B, Godzilla roll, Orange River roll, and chicken udon with broth. Our server was kind and attentive. We will definitely be returning!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here. We opted for a regular table and we ordered a variety of hibachi and sushi. My daughter got the California roll and a side of fried noodles. I got the teriyaki salmon, broccoli and rainbow roll. The portions were very well sized and I feel are worth the price. Everything was absolutely delicious. She tried my salad and soup and loved it! She was a very happy birthday girl.

BE CAREFUL!!!! Their policy is 6 or more in a group gets 18% gratuity added. (After tax as well) We had 5, another had 2, another 2, and another had 1….I watched everyone tip the cooked in cash after he was done making the food. We then got our bill and 18% was added anyway. We asked why…the explanation was “that’s the tip that’s automatically added for the cooks” No where in the restaurant does it state that there is a cooks tip automatically added to the bill at the end!!! Allegedly, part of the bill percentage also goes to the waitstaff. The owners of this place is 100% stealing money from their customers. Our waitress was fantastic and she did a wonderful job. We also tipped her in cash as well. It is not her fault this place is operating on theft!

The food is outstanding, have a lot of toppings, original recipes, and specialty sauces, the Godzilla, Volcano, and Sweetheart were exceptional with big portions, prepared perfect and look very appealing, we got the sushi instead of the hibachi and enjoyed it very much, staff are super nice and really patient and give you a lot of of time to look over the menu, it looked very nice inside and outside, with music, TV's, comfortable seating, and paintings and decorations. Overall, 10/10 and I will visit again.
