Olde Towne Tavern

Sat. Oct. 25, 2025 My husband and I stopped for lunch at Olde Towne Tavern, 437 Nashua St., Milford NH 03055, on Thursday, Oct. 23rd for lunch. It was our first time there for lunch; due to the late lunch hour, we didn’t encounter any problem finding a parking spot. Upon arrival, we were shown to our seats immediately. Our wait person, Autumn, took our order right away; the wait time for our food was minimal. I ordered a cup of clam chowder, which was delicious, creamy, with excellent flavor. The side garden salad was also fresh and crisp. My husband had a cup of French Onion Soup, which he also said had excellent flavor, and his Ceasar salad was perfect, too. Great food and service! I had the French onion soup, side garden salad, and steak tips and all were delicious. Tips cooked perfectly. Alisha's house dressing for the salad was a creamy parmesean and was really good. Service was very friendly and food was prompt. Really nice place!!

Half chicken was worth the wait. Good quality food, friendly attentive staff. Lots of nice window seat options and active bar will heavy TV coverage, two seating areas that are removed for separation from the bar area.

We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. The service and food was outstanding!! Great drinks!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this tavern. I ordered a specific beverage, and when it arrived, I took a sip only to realize it was completely the wrong drink. Mistakes happen, so I politely let the staff know and asked for it to be corrected. They did replace it, however, the replacement drink came out with about 25% less in the glass. When I asked about it, the staff made a point of telling me that since I had already tasted the incorrect drink, that portion would be “missing” from the replacement. They made sure to emphasize this, which felt unnecessary and honestly a bit scolding. I shouldn’t be penalized for tasting a drink that was made incorrectly. The mistake wasn’t mine, yet I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. It left a bad impression and really took a
