Old Time Cafe

The food was quite good, I had the Friday fish special, my son ordered a double burger. It was massive! Note - As strangers, we weren't welcomed very warmly, it seems, BUT, right after we seated ourselves, the floodgates opened and it suddenly got VERY BUSY for our server, and she seemed to be on her own on the floor, so it took a little extra time to get to us. We didn't mind. Left a nice tip, more because the food was that good. I'm traveling a good bit these days, I'll likely go back.

Friendly little affordable family diner! Stopped in for lunch, I had the chicken fried steak sandwich (awesome!) My son raved about the double bacon burger's flavor and huge size. Thank you!

What a great little hidden gem. We tried the Cheeseburger, Double Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Strips, Grilled Chicken Wrap, and a Chilli Cheese Dog and a brownie for dessert. Everything was really good and the waitress that took care of us was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

Cute little country diner. Great find! The place appeared nice and neat. The waitress was very kind as well as the other guests eating there. Very comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend the chicken fried steak and okra! It was delicious. The salad was fresh and crisp. And the mashed potatoes were equally delicious. I even enjoyed the hush puppies and I normally don't care for those. The only thing was the fish was a dry and chewy. Portions were good and prices fair. If we ever drive through again, we would go back.
