Old School Pizzeria

honestly for a one man shop it was great, pepperoni rolls were sweet and with grinded up pepperoni and before you say eww you need to try it, it was amazing! had a wait a little for my pizza to finish up but while i was waiting i enjoyed some pool with family and they also have arcade games,

On vacation and we were looking for a place to eat, couldn't have found a better spot. My girlfriend and I had the Grandma Goldies sub which is a pizza on a roll! The sauce is homemade in house, cheese is cut in house and dough (not rolls) is made in house! The owner (Lisa) was great to chat with (we were the only ones there). The sauce reminded me of my grandmothers when she made pizza in a cast iron skillet. Unfortunately Google only has 5 stars but this place is a 10 in our book! We look forward to a return trip back to the area, currently on vacation!

This is definitely a different type of restaurant… the place is also someone’s home. The place could be cleaned up more, the entry smells like mold, bathroom lock doesn’t work, no gloves used, once you get into the eating area it’s clean, seats aren’t, dirt visible and it’s sticky. The pizza was good but sugary. $20 for a 20inch $16 for a 16inch and $1.00 per extra topping!

First I'll say that the pizza is excellent and I wish I had pizza this good near me, and I have probably a dozen pizza places near me. Yet the place itself is kind of sad with worn, discolored plush upholstered furniture taking up too much space. When I walked in I thought for a moment I was losing my color vision. The eating area and cooking area are all one large and poorly ventilated space, probably more comfortable in winter, but hot and stuffy in summer. We only met one person, the woman who owns the business with her spouse. Maybe she gets extra help when needed but one person cannot handle a rush of business if and when one happens, and she likely works very hard and long hours just getting by in a tough business, the restaurant business. Food was delicious. Pepperoni rolls are to die for. Came from out of town and was looking for somewhere worth the money and this place was definitely it. Will be visiting more often when in town. Owner was sweet and you can tell everything is home made and delicious!! 🍕
