Ah, Old Mill Ice Cream, where the scoops are big and the adults are… missing? We come here every time we’re in Star Valley. I don’t know who runs this place. I’ve never seen an adult. It’s like a summer camp where the kids took over the snack shack and just never stopped. And honestly? They’re doing great. The scoops are massive. You order a single and they hand you something that could legally be classified as a dairy boulder. Cone, cup, sundae — doesn’t matter. They don’t skimp. It’s like they’re trying to get rid of the ice cream before someone finds out they’re in charge. The flavor list is on the wall, and then there’s another list of flavors that are “in the back.” I don’t know what that means. Maybe they’re introverted flavors. But if you ask, they’ll go get them. Amazing ice cream! Huge serving sizes and the choices were excellent. Highly recommend the grasshopper (has thin mints) or mint chocolate chip. Several gluten free options, which is always appreciated.

Perfect for summer time ice cream! Cute little shop with the best ice cream and treats. Great for a hot summer day and lots of flavors to choose from. The service is excellent. They even wipe down the outside tables. Definitely recommend!
