Old Damascus Mediterranean Restaurant

Food was very flavorful. We tried the mixed grill, chicken shawarma, and adana kabab plate. Chicken shawarma was very tasty. Mixed grill was very good, it comes with lamb, kafta kabab, and chicken. Adana kabab was just ok not to our liking. Hummus and pita were very good. This place is definitely worth a try.

All the food we had was delicious. The baba ghanoush was tasty and had a citrus flavor to it. The Shawarma was my favorite. We also did a mixed grilled plate that was pretty divine. The Turkish coffee was strong and hit the spot.

I loved it! The food tasted fresh and the entire meal was healthy. The meat was tender and juicy, I hate hummus but LOVED theirs, the bread was thin (for anyone attempting to stat away from bread), and the atmosphere was cozy. Can't wait to go back.

This Mediterranean restaurant is really more of a Turkish restaurant but the food is delicious. The best part was actually the tea. We had hot mint tea that was served with fresh mint leaves.

Food was flavorful for sure! The grape leaves were by far my favorite! Make sure to try the smoothies—so fresh and refreshing! We ordered the family plate, but it didn’t come with rice. Wish the waiter was more clear about that, while we were ordering. We ended up getting a side of rice on top of the family platter.
