Old City Bagel Company

I just moved to Danville and was looking for a place where I could sit down, enjoy a good coffee, and get some work done. I’ve tried a few spots, but since trying Old City Bagel Co. I will not go anywhere else now. Yesterday was my first visit, and the blonde young lady who helped me was incredibly kind and patient with my very specific order. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and helped me customize my drink exactly how I like it without ever making me feel like an inconvenience. I had a breakfast bagel and a coffee, and both were a solid 10/10. I stayed until closing, and none of the employees made me feel rushed out, which really stood out to me. Because of that great experience, I was eager to come back again today and was helped by a different young lady who provided the same 10/1

Delicious bagels, they were out of avacados when we went. Looking at their menu online we picked items we wanted to try, unfortunately they were ones with avocado. The staff is friendly but doesn’t go out of their way. Everything is in to-go containers, even if you eat-in. You pick it up from the counter even though they’re not busy, and if you’re taking it to go, you need to grab your own utensils and napkins, just a head’s up. Bagels were delicious, I’d go back again with this service in mind, I’d prob tip less since I do everything but make the sandwich.

I just LOVE pretty coffee ☕️…it just tastes better somehow!! 😆 Check out this Chocolate Covered Pretzel Iced Latte (chocolate and toffee nut with salted caramel cold foam). The staff is so nice!!! They gave recommendations when I asked and were super helpful and friendly!! What a great spot for breakfast or lunch!!! The ambience is adorable!!!

I ordered an onion bagel with veggie cream cheese, and it was great! The bagel was toasted and warm. They loaded it with cream cheese. The price was what you normally pay for a bagel sandwich or lower. I would recommend this place and go again when I am in Danville, PA.

I think the bagels are delicious and service was great too! The girls out front do a great job mixing up drinks! Atmosphere is wonderful as well! Highly recommend when you’re in Danville, PA!👍
