Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

We came here the other night and were very disappointed. My salad had a hair in it. My husbands cheeseburger had no cheese on it and was very rare. It was supposed to be medium well. These food that wasn’t ruined was good and the guy behind the bar was kind.

Great experience. Place was quite & clean. Staff were really friendly. Food was excellent. Tried 3 different pies. The individual pizzas are bigger than expected.

The ambiance of this place is great. Low lighting is pleasant. The booths are great with plenty of room for a family of 6. It has a bar also. The pizza here was delicious! The Mac & Cheese bake was tasty… The reason for the 3 star is part of our order was not made and we were told it was taken off the check and it was not. Also they ran out of Dr Pepper, I was given watered down soda on my refill and there was no good alternative. This was also supposedly going to be taken off the check and again this did not happen. Even though this happened to us I would still recommend due to the fact that the food was good. The staff were pretty attentive as well… So over all it was still a good experience!

I came in for my second time this afternoon and had a great experience! My waitress Emily was such a delight. She was attentive and efficient. I ordered a calzone in which was amazing , it was a lot I could barely finish it all. The ambience was set just right. There were only a few other guest in the restaurant but the place was very welcoming. I will definitely be back!

The worst experience today. I am always a fan of going here and that is why we chose it today for our party of 6. Pizza's came out wrong, server said we said individual, we did not as we were hoping for leftovers for later. Drinks were never delivered from bar, was told by server that the manager came by and said they didn't have ingredients, there was no manager at our table to say a word. He then tells us, they offered you a free dessert, uh the manager never showed up. Server left with check, came back and said we'll my manager took x percent off. Something about that seems off. Only one person got 1 refill of their coke. No refills on the waters for others. The worst service we have every experienced going there is probably 20 years. I hope everyone else has a better time. Won't be re
